That's a load of bull bro. Why can't u claim from him? Go make accident report within 24hrs. Inform ur insurance company. U need to know time place when the incident happen details of that lorry etc. If that driver don't want to settle personally then ur insurance company will proceed claiming from him. Actually u should call Tp at that point of time. Settle.

lol, cannot drop my bike already la, someone tried to steal my r6 pump kit, one side of the clay got forced off from my bike..

my gear shift lever got stolen the left leg one. and make shift with chop stick -.- damn UNLUCKY now, tml goin JB to rectify all the stupid problems.

the TP is right, the victim cannot claim insurance from the drunken person when he exceeded certain limits. the clause is stated in the motor vehicle insurance policy. under such case, u can only claim from him personally or by law case if he doesnt wana pay for your damages.

 

under any accident case, do not attempt to shift both parties vehicles 1st. take pictures, vehicle number & personal particulars such as full name & ID number. best to find a witness on the spot (except the person on your vehicle). make a police report & get a copy. then u can make a claim much easier in dis way.

i'm juz stating in general procedure. dun "flame" me if i miz out anything here.

Can. But it will just switch on your bike. You will still need to kickstart it.
