Don't jump straight for big bore.

Try down sprocket teeth first. Then maybe change your carb jettings.

Spark meter is light. Its usually +/- 10~15km/h. Or you can use koso meter and adjust proper. Hehehe.

Hope this helps.

More like +/- 20 -25km/h.

I was lucky I bought mine with 2digit plate and there's already wavy brake disc. Not sure what brand but when I started the bike and the engine still smooth but the salesman seems surprised. He said just now someone tried to start it but cant so he didnt buy. I tried and walah! Started like it meant to be mine. *grin*

[quote name=n_e_o_O_n_e]Nolah bro... I live in Jurong, I work in Changi South.... Travelling at 90-100 biler mau sampai JI? hahaha.... So was just asking lah if there's difference with Claudio's big bore thingy. Any down side? Increase in fuel consumptions, that kind of things. Flanking, manking, racing I dun do on public roads. Besides I'm retired. But kalau got people want to sell, surely we buy mah.... kwang kwang kwang. But really I dun even bother. Up to them lor, they top up the fuel also use their money. Road tax also they pay. They want to full throttle at every traffic i dun care cos I will plug my ears with my KOSS earpiece and listening to LIKE A G6 mp3. But of cos if they langgar my wire thats a different story. Cheers bro.

I recommend you to change to the FZ150i kit since I assume you use it as a transport and want higher cruising speed. Its good and reliable. Down the sproket size and maybe add in an aftermarket cdi. Carb wise is up to you. Can reach 150-160 gitu. Hope this pinch of info helps :)

Live the dream.

U'll need an 8, 10, 12, 17mm socket spanner and a size 4,5mm allen key. Also coolant and gaskets. The rest is all knowledge.

U can try looking at the new UMA racing 62mm ceramic coated block. Good luck finding it :)
