hi bought from wing yap. not sure their installment scheme as i did not take up. u can also pay by credit card.. think they have some collaboration with POSB/DBS.

 

the front matt black basket with lock type cost $65. thats the only addition thing i paid + my insurance.

 

not sure if its fast but if can maintain 100km/hr on up slope i very happy already only thing i like is the 5sp, wider tyres and color combi. very nice. i bot the black one

 

This bike i heard is made in msia, not indonesia.

u riding a wave now? i was initially deciding between a wave and spark, spark more ex by $400. but with sports rims, rear disc and 5 sp manual + extra 10cc. seems like a lot of accessories also. and look nicer, especially with the current color scheme

Hi.. was looking at this model too.. was quoted around 6.4K inclusive insurance

pls post some reviews on this bike...was curious how the front basket could mount...

not sure is there is any aftermarket exhaust for this model yet..

hi, ok i will post reviews but my reviews will be against other kups i have ridden b4, like wave and x1.

More gears does not mean it can go faster. It just means riding at a high speed but at a lower RPM.

 

For example the old 4-gear Spark model, riding at 100kmh, the rpm is about 6500.

 

With a 5th gear, while riding at 100kmh, your rpm will be slightly lower. Hope you guys get what I mean.

 

The cons about the new model is that many of the aftermarket accessories for the older model wont be able to fit, like the aftermarket pipes & Koso digital speedometer.

but really the main purpose is to bring rpm to get longer engine life

overall lower rpm for cruising which should be less stressful for engine. t135 has oil filter. so maintenance is higher compared to wave. I also believe poorer fc due to wider tyres n higher output.

hi its 5 speed, $5900 everything in except insurance. seems like the tyres for this model are wider than the older model.

 

Wa a 2b bike kup kia is almost close to 6k. So expensive....but anyway congratulations on getting a new bike

Hey jus wanna ask anyone using r6 brake pump on their spark??? Cos i jus bought the brake pump and i wanna see if anyone is using so i will have some idea to install the brake pump. Tks alot. Best is post pics here.

Just install it like normal. Just that your brake reservoir will be coming out of the coverset, which to some, might be unsightly.
