Looking for lady riders for event with the pertapis kids : 4 Jul 09

My group (intifada riders) are shortage of lady riders for movie outing with the Pertapis Home kids. We are in need of lady riders to be buddy and accompany the gers of the home. Hopefully theres kind hearted and kids loving lady riders out there to support the event. Will appreaciate sooo much to those that willing to support the event. Thank you..

 

 

Below is the detail of the event:

 

Fun Trip Outing with Pertapis Children

 

Attention all!! We are currently organizing a movie outing with the Pertapis Children's Home on 4th July 2009 at Shaw Bugis Cineplex.

 

As the date has been finalized with Shaw Bugis Cineplex and Pertapis Children's Home, we really hope to those who are interested,

to make yourself fully available for the whole day event.

 

Please take note that we will be reserving the places up to 30 - 35 riders on a first come first serve basis.

 

 

 

In view of our generous fellow riders, we hope that we could collect a minimum of $40 from each of our participants. The more the merrier!Remember not for us but for the kids!

 

 

The breakdown of the amount are as follows:

 

1. Movie ticket and popcorn combo for the of price 1 rider and 1 child

2. Lunch meal for 1 rider and 1 child

3. To and fro transportation for the children (approx 30-40 seater bus)

4. Extra- Goodies/Gifts/Freebies for the children

For guys who are really interested in joining, I am sorry to say all the seats have been taken. Full house for the guys. Rwan, thank you for your generousity. You can contact me if you want to pass me the donations and same goes to rest of you guys. PM me pls.

 

Guys.... In future, if we have any upcoming volunteering events, we will surely invite u guys who are interested Definitely open to all the guys too. But remember, seat are always taken up fast.
