I think U need to do some rewiring on ur spotlights wire. Or maybe U can bring along one small portable Fire-Ext in ur medic box!

Hi Bats,

Better to send your bike to bikeshop for examine. (Remember to ask the mechanic who did your wiring, go and enrol himself to school and study electrical course again.)

1. The wire arrangement is in a mess.

2. No fuse connected to the electrical circuit.

 

If I am not wrong, one of the positive wire is short to negetive, large amount of current flow from positive to negetive but there is no fuse to break the circuit, the wire get overloaded and burned. Luckily wire burned, if battery drained off, you have to push bike liao.

 

Beat until die also won't go back there liao. Will get it check n done b4 the next trip. Wire arrangement not only in a mess, like a pile of ****.

Dun worry abt bats pushing bike.... he is rich enough to call tow truck to tow for him to bikeshop.

 

Actually everyone can afford to call for a tow truck, just whether worth it or not. If distance nearby bike shop, only RMS will call for a tow truck. If distance far away from bike shop, only gudu will push the bike.

RMS = rich man son.

I agree with you on the above mentioned text. but if its me maybe I can only push for about less than 400meter. After that i will KO. Haha...!

Actually a small portable home Fire Hyd can fit our side box... Not necessary to be place somewhere that can be seen. Sure U park ur bike elsewhere and come back with the bracket left over. Fire Hyd MIA..!

 

Anyway which country using the FJR for their police bike? :giddy:

Why need to carry the fire Hyd?

Bats can do the "Merlion" to put off the fire. :angel: *Bats, joking only*

 

If a bike has a proper maintenance done and wiring job is properly done. No way it will caught fire by itself.
