Only a word of advice to the other buggers.

 

If you are planning to send your bike to service shop for service, please be extra careful.

Ensure that whatever the service guy tells you, item to be changed, price, labout cost etc write down black and white.

 

Recently, I had encountered an incident, sent my bike for valve clearance and fork service. One of the high management level cum sales personal call M (I don't find him a gentleman at all) verbally agreed to charged a lump sum of $x amount on both labour costs and parts to be replaced on both services, with one of friend around as witness.

Since he holds a high management level post, should be a person who can be trusted. I believed in what he had quoted and promised.

So agreed to procee with the two services with the agreed $x amount.

 

But two days later, after the bike had serviced, the price which I received from them was $x + $Y = $Z. Checked with the M , he claimed " The $X amount was only labour, parts exclude, how could I quoted the $X amount to you with labor and parts?"

 

Since this is what he claimed and I do not have a solid proof to justify. I will pay the $Z without any word.

 

Well, well the additional $Y amount is just a peanut to me, but used this peanut to see the true colour of a monkey. Worth it.

 

Anyway, this will be my LAST visit!

 

Last but not least, I find that their knowledge/service score only 6/10.

Me also scared to go there liao. That time change breakpad almost reach $100. Parts + Labour....
