does anyone knows hw much a new vtec3 meter cost?

can try asking ah boy if he have for spec3.. i know older ones he have..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

mine was stay in.. yours not? no wonder you say until so easy going so relax. its a torture for me to stay in.. damn.. mid of next year high key for me..
