By the way... the last time i remove my speed cut... My bike reponse became crappy and very hard to hit top speed much less exceed. And after i refit the speed cut... It took some time to recover on the response and top speed....

This is speed cut done wrongly. @_@

Charging volt is at 12v and somemore very unstable.

I hope it's not the coil, although I last changed coil 3yrs ago. Will later go under my blk to diagnose it. What's the current price for coil ah?

Yep. Last time my meter got problem then i swapped meter cable and that sprocket-speedo assembly thing wtih my friend's rvf.

 

Cbr de quite easy coz alot of space to work on.. RVf headache.. wanna dismantle his sprocket-speedo assembly thing abit more difficult. I got spare speedo cable though u wan take go use lor lol.. last time buy new one to try end up not my cable fault.

 

Later gonna fifo at lunch time.. 293km liao lol..

Not really la.. meter cable i got spare at home.. like 10 dollar+ nia.. that mechanical device near the sprocket abit more ex i think.. mine end up was a meter fault.. so i swapped with someone whose gonna scrap his bike.

 

Our meter same as rvf ones so i think quite alot of stock out there.

Looks like a neat device. But I think you can only check the batt with that. Alternator every bike should be diff bah, so better to check yourself.

 

Anyway did a full check under my blk, coil/rectifier/batt was ok, problem was one of the wire in the harness melted and totally broke off

I had to use another wire to redo it. But it's probably not a perm solution, I will have to change my harness real soon.

yupz...had it change @ $300+...was a "xiong" project back 2 mths...also change my charging coil together..
