eh dun worry if alot of ppl going in we all can have dinner there

those servicing bike can take quite long also so we mite go out around 8-9

 

jam is at 5pm

 

best time to exit 4.45pm hahahha cause all waiting for 5 before going out

so ya up to u guys

 

if no one join me i go in chop chop will be out before 5

its like a routine to me :x

FT plate 70k milage 3 owners is kinda scary..

 

is this scenerio possible?

plate is older mayb FN FQ den first owner decided to retain his plate due to nice number e.g FN1234F

 

so buyer had to rebid thus ft plate ahaha

just making up something stupid but possible rite!

no la...

still the same but your tzm will get the top end faster than b4...

more accelerate....

 

at kuala lumpur..

boyesen reed valve dual stage rm1++..

below rm150 i think..

 

about ap rs125..

in standard stock..

it will beat tzm...

 

but the maintenance is very high..

u hv to use fully sinthetic 2t...

 

but 4 tzm..

u can use jaso FC 2t...

like Shell VSX...

hey, no way u can fix a bigger piston for tzm. it will knock the powervalve.

 

OEM only got A size piston.

aftermarket got B and C. At my friend shop, we use barometer screw gauge to measure. the diameter same.

 

haiyah, dont trust the mileage meter. its pretty easy to reset. done it myself before.

the way i RS 125 is a learning bike. it has a oversized back tyre. a size which is also used on 250cc. gp 125 slicks are 120/60 rear on a 3.5" rim and 90/60 2.5" rim.

 

which is why i always suggest motard spokes for rear. front can use the jb rim.2.15"

i dun recommending porting as now of the shops here use proper calculations and software. all trial and error.

 

PDK or AHM?

pdk top end - drag race

ahm mid range - shiok on track

 

before talk about carb size, talk about type of carb

flat slide or round slide(OEM)

flat slide reponse is always faster

size, dont exceed 34mm. to get more mixture at top end

 

reed valve, fiber(OEM) or carbon

fiber pick up - used on scram( at high rpm, remains open all the way)

carbon top end - recommended

 

spark plug, br9es or irdium

dun be dumb. use br9es

 

cdi, standard or racing

standard restricted to 11.5krpm. racing goes to 13.5krpm

racing spark power not very good. out of nowhere alot of power comes and destroys the piston

solution - use standard. when go 2nd link or track change. tzm cdi is one of the easiest to change.

 

sprocket - 428 pitch best.

ratio, up to u

 

compression - high a bit, improves top end

u can add a bit compression by sanding the block cover a bit. 1mm makes alot of different. make sure level.

 

fork, dun drop

notice alot of guys drop handle. thats for loosers.

use standard springs and fork height all the way up. when u approach corner, dash, slam the front brakes, get the fork all the way down then corner. a slow in fast out. those who drop handle fast in fast out(dumb), thats where accident happens.

if can get tzrr125 inverted fork, very good. feels alot better.

 

 

race bearings - makes ur bike feel alot lighter

FAG crankshaft race bearings are 100rm each. u need 2. worth it

 

foot rest, racing boy enough

tzm racing boy very strong.

i notice alot of guys these days, use bracket and yoshi footrest sitting down on the bike like a frog. do u notice any of the gp guys footrest at that position. its like a competition, whos footrest higher

 

brake disc, use OEM. brake pad recommend EBC, hard to find

steel hose recommended. the posh 1 enough already. less u hardcore use hell

 

2t premix ok la. but must monitor all the time. after i put single seater, i designed my own 2t compartment.

 

tyres - never use sotong. ask any guys going to track and they will tell u that. small tyres straight road agile. corner, how much rubber contact on the ground. if people tell u 110/70 cannot burn finish, think again

this is a project i was working on. higher sub frame, the seater was same like yzr m1 machine. the rider seat was designed to be detachable so that u still can keep raincoat, ciggie, erp iu, tools. the exhaust doesnt need a bracket.

 

i would love to see 1 of u guys do it

wah... the thread is alive n kicking.... love 2 read wat u all type as its all abt problems n modifications... rather then other threads.... juz wondering any1 of u can recommend me a gd place 2 make 1 seater bty me ridin a Sp... wanting 2 change my seat from a 2 piece to a 1 piece like a tzm if tats possible... any1 have any ideas?
