Try out an aprilia... Physically feel it.

 

Anyway, I would prefer the newer aprilia rather than the older one. Remember the piston is about 2x times more than Japanese bikes and not forgetting the block. But the seize is rather lower than Japanese bikes.

got cylinder head, got alot of pimple...but if u run on high compression shouldnt be a problem. 30 bucks... fair?

 

got y-2 resleeve block without porting...i doubt u want that.

lab got so called y-1 block at 220. confirm not original but works fine

30 bucks is cheap... But not too sure jason wants or not. You mean got raised pieces on the rounded part?

 

As for the sleeved Y2 block... Olso not too sure jason wants or not. But mostly I dont think so.

 

Buying from lab rather to buy from auto-machinery... But looks like the price has gone up for block and piston @ 400 bucks including piston ring. I bought piston 90 bucks previously onli.

 

Nevertheless, thanks so much for helping him (jason) and me. Will discuss with him and phone you shortly!

hey hoho. I just came back from my bike shop. They say my bike is fine just need tunning. Yesterday n day before yesterday my bike keep on die off. KNN wait for taffic light also die off in neutral gear. I when to my bike shop they tune liao then i try everything very fine. I did a high rev also no problem. They said if my block crack there's is no way i can ride. Kao tell me who must I believe now?

Ride... Definately can ride... Is not their life ma... Tell him to go redrev at secondlink... Den maybe I believe him.

 

Anyway, william has an idea like... Yes, still can ride. But be careful... Please dont open valve so frequently. What I know is block should not have lines & hairline crack on the surface. If will affect the piston and cause it to seize.

 

Actualli, for tuning and jettings. I believe he can retune... Only thing that he has his principle la. 200 means 200.

 

1) Block hairline crack is beyond save but william said try not to travel too fast (piston goes up and down passing the crack surface...)

2) His gone case means beyond save too. But definately still can ride.

3) This i believe he has his own opinion or principle for tuning and jettings.

4) Then what you saw was totally against his words liao. You saw the hairline crack in the block.

 

Maybe I suggest you do it at the risky side... Meaning do nothing at all lor... Take it as a risk and listen or follow to your current motortiam. See what it happens. If realli sway sway piston seize... Smash and crash his motortiam board lor.

Not necessary an FN plate can have a good engine leh... Lot of points to take note. Is either you buy a cheap bike and standby 1k to fix problem or standby lotsa money to buy a good bike

yea... it all depends on the condition the bike is at.... maybe an FN same condition as an FT? hahahahahkz!
