Actually what's the point of a convoy,i think it's just an avenue to show off as a big group,no need lah.TP is monitoring the situation as there were complaints in the ST forums recently about convoy bikers escorting the wedding group,yaya can control traffic at junctions to let the bride and groom pass through

Hello Bro Splasher369, thank you for your comment and also i personally take it as a reminder for all of us to follow the road traffic rules and regulations...Of course TP is monitoring these convoys but as long as you follow the road traffic rules and regulations, TP would not interfere...As for controlling vehicles during the convoy, well bro, if it doesn't cause any obstruction to the flow of traffic on that day, it shouldn't be any problems for TP but most be done in an orderly, courteous and respectful mnanner...

I do appreciate your effort to come into this thread and provide us all with your comments and also your reminder and your perceptions of a wedding convoy are reserved for your good self, and i do hope that it stays that way because the main intention is not an avenue for showing off but rather to enhance the wedding ceremonies that is happening almost every weekend here in Singapore...Hope that the air is cleared pertaining to your queries and also uncertainties...Peace Be Unto You bro Splasher369...

hi, u r indeed veri observant bro. i myself veri often noticed some of these convoys tend to do wat u had mention above.

as 4 us, when its redlight, we STOP. the whole convoy will wait for those stuck at the redlight to join us back. Or the front riders will hav to slow down in order for those behind to catch up.

tats hw a proper law abiding convoy riders shud act. mind u we r NOT in "Land down under" hor.

We don't need to run ard on the road as a big group in a convoy ma..

1.Too much noise,

2.Too many happy riders,

3.Too many new frds,

4.Too much a show off cos the bikes are too eye catching on the road,

5.And too much to eat at the bride n groom's places.

But then again, I totally understand the reason for ur comment..

Was thinking of taking my Fat Boy but seeing that majority are smaller bikes and the complains the public have with loud pipes, I'll stick to my smaller metric bike
