Motocafe, I think he wanna know why the Tuono over the Monster Special Dry

Why Duc make the Hyper Motard so un-super moto? Aprilia SVX is definately a better twin motard over the Duc Hyper motard.

I would LUV to have the Hyper motard anytime anyday! Feels so like a bicycle! :thumb:

Theorically, it's too heavy to really do anything on a SuperMoto race track with dirt sections, dirt jumps and urban table tops. It's definately a blast to ride a HM on the twisties that's for sure.

Anyone brought the HM to Nusajaya or Sepang Motard track?

Just went track today and was shock to find the gates closed!!! :slapforehead: And out came Mr Syed saying it was a last minute thingy that the Johor circuit is undergoing maintenance on Monday and Tuesday this week. Cos the FIA will be at PG for an inspection on Thursday, it's with regards to A1 GP. o_O According to him, if everything goes well and PG gets the licence, PG would be closed for 2 months for re surfacing.... :clapping: :thumb: Let’s pray hard now.....

The last time they did the resurfacing was 1998, am I right? Or was it 1995???

i Just came back from Genting. Took a Coach. Missed my bike too.

Haha... just wanna protect my original fairings.

Since i've got new fairings, might as well throw in a SBK look... HeHE:cheeky:

Team Xerox perhaps? Not doing the exact design though... hee... Look out for me? Easy target to spot becuz I use my bike everyday.

If i'm not wrong, there is 1 or 2 more 999 with a Xerox Design..

Have never seen it on the road before.

hi guys anyone knows how much is the new monster 696 for sale in sg?

I would estimate maybe 20-22K machine price. Since the 695 was 18K odd.. :cheeky:

I somehow prefer the FILA design more....the Breil Black design is nice, but a red powdercoat frame to go with it is simply too expensive.

is the 999 on sale at minerva? since the 1098 is out liao

On sale??? Nah, I dun think they even have any left for you to buy at a steal.

The thing about Ducati is that every bike is a heritage, a time stamp, part of a racing era and definately a milestone. Every model is sought for by somebody, even for a hate it/love it 749/999. Definately you do not see a new sportsbike from Ducati every year, and every Ducati sportsbikes are better than it's precedent, but not much in the mere likes of us.

Of course, Mary would definately sell you a 999 at at more affordable price, not because the value went down, but the profits are marked lower by Minerva. Give her a call to find out.

p.s: For those who love the 749/999, Pierre Terblanche, the man responsible for the design of 749/999 leaves Ducati.

Wow, that's not what I meant! :help: :giddy:

All bikes have pros and cons. That had never been a perfect bike up till today in so many years of engineering.

Peace, no bike bashing.....it does not matter what bike you ride, is that you ride.
