its the oem tires.. they pratically give u no confidence in corners and has little or No feedback.. change to bt016.. no regrets for this change, worth every single cent u have paid. PSI : front 32 rear 34 ( Single ) Front 34 rear 38 ( pillion ) this is for bt016.. oem also about the same.. try lowering 1 to 2 psi according to see which is the best feel

Where do you guys put your IU??

Mine's currently in the middle of my instrument cluster and is kind of blocking the view of the Temp Gauge...

Here's a pic of mine, thinking of where else to put it...

anyone??

get the slim IU, ask Seng Kwang Metal to fabricate a beautiful custom bracket for you. My bike is different but the clock arrangement looks the same - My IU is located just below the speedometer, but does not block any of the clocks

My IU is under my single seater. It is the old fat IU. Its causing me unable to pillion anyone, because my pillion seat cannot "click" onto the bike. Only able to put single seat because the pillion seat the space below is thicker. (Does anyone understand what i'm talking abt...)

So, if i want to pillion people, if i want to be able to fix on my pillion seat, i will need to rewire my IU to the front.

Anyway, i don't think any guy wanna sit my bike lah.. Pillion by a female rider. Sia Suay.. hahaha~~

You don't pillion other ladies?

Change to the slim IU and the pillion seat may be able to fit. Any issue with detection for carpark gantry?

Good question. I've always manually insert my cashcard into carpark gantry. As for ERP gantry, no problem.

in some building car parks, by inserting the cash card, u will be charged car rates as opposed to motorcycle rates if u left the card in the IU

My stops are as below:

Hatyai--->(3h plus)--> Surat Thani--->(5hrs)--> Hua Hin (stayed 2days),Hua Hin---->(8hrs plus)--> Nakon Si---(2hrs)--> Hatyai

Hua Hin to Nakon Si is nightmare. On the road for 8hrs, 4hrs was heavy rain. I was drenched. Reach Nakon Si hotel my bike so dirty.. got mud and all that...

The BMWs in my group are fast! They are seasoned riders.

when i was at kallang, i saw a 998 with the IU on the ram air covers...

thought I could stick mine there with the 3M velcro like those on the P Plates... Went to buy a strip only to realise that the IU is not flat at the bottom... lol...

wonder how the 998 managed to fix it on there... will go check it out soon...

does it mean we have to insert our cashcard into the carpark gantry everytime if we were to enter carparks. ? has anyone tried accessing with the cashcard in the IU under the pillion seat?
