that means i'm lucky that mine is under warranty that reach over 25 days!

today had a very bad day over at our agent. most probably after a yr with my duc, i'm letting go.

 

It's not about the brand DUCATI, it's about the after sales service.

Minerva told me, confirm must change radiator once leak. they quoted around 2K. i agreed. i left my bike with them and awaited for 1 week plus. called them, was told that bike havent been checked yet. Got pissed off, so i went to another workshop around tampines which has been servicing a few ducatis, and he got my radiator rewelded at the leak area. $300, has been serving me well even during track abuse.. but the customer service given by him is way better than Minerva. was happy and got my 24K servicing done there at a cheaper cost too =)

For those who got problem with their bikes, an advise is "please dont leave your bike at mineva, you may not know things had been changed/swapped"
