Hi guys, I got problem opening my fuel tank (848). I slot my key in but it just cannot turn... And I never ride the bike for week... Maybe is just rain water collect inside cause up the jam... The bike is still under warranty by Minerva... Do they charge me for this problem? Or they will void the charge?

cheers

Try pushing the cover in and turn the key? Mine wasn't very easy to open at first...but once got the hang of it it was ok...you might wanna try again...usually rain shouldnt affect the fuel tank cover

My formula for living is quite simple. I get up in the morning and I go to bed at night. In between, I occupy myself as best I can.

For those still looking for a Streetfighter S.

Bike will be at minerva for tires etc... if you want to see it.

Just got the Code card back (previous owner had lost it, and it was quite expensive to get a new one)

You can PM me any questions, happy to discuss pricing once you've seen the bike. (but not an urgent sell so i wont sell it at a discount)

Greetings one and all,

I just picked up a brand new 848evo from Minerva today. Anyone fitted the mirror extender kit on theirs? In the undying words of Geordi LaForge: "Can't see ****, captain. "

Cheers,

Well I don't need to see if the driver has picked his/her eyebrows, I just need to see if there's a car behind me and roughly how far. I'm getting the extenders anyway, I hope they'll make staying alive a bit easier.

Cheers,

Timo

Hi Guys,

Any of you know where to get some parts powder coated or ceramic coated?

Thanks

I had tried calling some places that were listed when i did a search on "powdercoating". Either the info was wrong (one said they dun do that, but they do canning, as in the tin cans!) or they do only bulk pieces.

I only managed to powdercoat my one item at Seng Kwang where I did that rack. Well... better than nothing I suppose. Good luck.
