1) If you want to get to the biting point quickly, use the setting which gets the lever closer to the handlebar. Just make sure its not so close that even with the clutch lever pulled in all the way, you can't disengage the clutch fully. Bear in mind the 1-4 settings are only changing the position of the lever, and not the feel of the biting point. For that you will need aftermarket master cylinders like the brembo RCS. You will adjust to it over time don't worry about changing things too much to get them to suit you. Ducatis are typically trickier to launch because of the way the clutch feels and the factory gearing which is generally a bit too long

2) Use first gear. You shouldn't be moving off on second gear unless you have a good reason for it. Downshifting as you slow down will not damage the gear box as long as you feed the clutch out gently are not overrevving it

3) Shift anywhere you want bro, ! If you want a fast run (without going flat out and bouncing off your rev limiter) i'd recommend shifting at peak torque which occurs around 6500rpm on your bike

Hi guys need some help here. I was told by the sta inspector to add a piece of rubber to my mudguard so that he can pass my mudguard. I was wondering any one face the same problem when bringing ur bike for inspection. I find it quite ridiculous that I'm using the oem mudguard and it fail. Btw I'm riding a 1198 and recently sway got caught by LTA along aye.

Hey guys, I've trouble starting my bike everytime it's cold. Have to crank for like 2-3 seconds before it starts. Check the batt and its charging so no prob w the coil and rectifier. Anyone encounter this problem? Should I change the batt?

If you have access to the MM IAW5AM then you can add +2% fuel at first cell of fuel table. Mine takes 1 crank for cold start. 1/2 when warm. Good luck.

Hi guys, can I use stock pipes with Termi ECU & air filter? Thx.

Can but the ride can be quite off as the ecu is program with the outlet of termi hence with e smaller exhust output from the stock, ur air ratio might not be smooth

I am changing back to stock for the mean time due to very strict recently, Tiffany is still applying for the approval from LTA. I had left my bike at carpark for a month & yet to ride. I'm hoping Tiffany will do it ASAP.

I used to do that when I first got the bike.. Pipe was loud coz a lot of air got restricted and does affect the bike pick up a lil bit otherwise should be ok
