Hi, anyone has AIM SOLO?

Nope, but I just bought the PZ Racing VideoRender so will post what it is like once I get it setup and working (waiting for my 4Kam's to arrive first).

Also, have a look at the PZ Racing Ducati GPS lap timer as it is plug'n play and controlled by the lap starter on the dash.

Thanks for ur well wishes. Well then the LTA officer must have been very experienced to spot the 70mm header.

they aren't experienced until you gave them the info.

sometimes.. it's good to just be quiet with regards to such stuff if you know what i mean.

Anyone can recommend a good Canvas which can prevents rain?

I'm using a very lousy canvas and it seems doesn't make a difference with cover or no cover. Easily blown away, Rain still goes in...

I'm using oxford and I bought it from motoworld for about $30+. It's not too bad, been using it for about 5 months and still provides good protection though after some heavy downpours, water does seep in (very mild, probably condensation) but not to the extend of wetting the entire bike. It's forgivable given that it's a wear and tear item and no harm replacing it every half yearly to a year.

It has a clip at the bottom which would help preventing it from being blown away.

You just need to know how tie it, the canvas wouldn't fly away and rain doesn't sip in at all.

You can invest in an expensive one but I rather not as its quite eye catching for thieves.

I used to use a cheap one and it does the job well without having the fear of my canvas being stolen as it is cheap which I can easily replace.

Hey guys, I'm selling my Termignoni slip on for Ducati 848/1098/1198. It's the old version. There are scratches on the exhaust but I've wrapped the whole thing with carbon fiber sticker. Letting go cheap. Contact me at 81335945

Don't need to waste money and buy an expensive bike cover uh. Chances are there are thieves lying around. A cheap one can do the job well.

Just tie it well. And spray your bike cover with your registration number or your nric number. LOL

Dear Bros,

I don't like the sound of stock exhaust, so want to check the street legal exhaust for 848/Evo/1098/1198, correct me if I am wrong.

* Termignoni is illegal for 848/848 Evo/1098/1198, how about 1199?

* I heard there is legal Akraprovic for 848, is that right?

* Any more street legal exhaust for the above model?

* Last question, I see you guys running Termignoni, it is 500 bucks, no merit points once caught by police, am I right? So you guys just take the risk? What is the chance of getting caught?

Thank you

2) Akras, arrows, zard(?)

3) Its a risk u take, but I feel its a matter of time before LTA stops u. I got caught within a month. no points.just a fine i wouldnt want to pay again

Hi guys need help. Just came back from overseas after three weeks. Forgot to teach my dad how to lock the bike and ended up him putting it to the parking mode after running the bike. Now my battery is dead. No more lights from the speedo when I on the bike. Is there any way to recharge or jump start the bike , is it still possible? Or do I need to change the battery? Any recommended bike shop where I can get the battery change and brand wise? Any recommendations or help? Thanks in advance. 😭

You'll have to take the battery out and recharge it, I've tried unsuccessfully (at times f***ing up the electrics) when jump starting as bike electrics are not as strong as those meant for a car.

so there's no need to tow the bike to a bike shop to change the battery ? And how do you charge the battery? Edited by sleepaway

if you want to save money, buy batt from LAB, youtube search on how to change batt.

if u find this too challanging, tow bike to minerva and wala, all done.

price difference for the 2 options 100-200

Ive jump started the bike before using the car. car's voltage and charging is much higher, so do not start the car. just connect the batteries via the jup start cables, turn the car ignition(BUT DO NOT CRANK IT UP), then try starting the bike.

Or u can get a battery charger. I paid $30 for mine, just trickle charge it for 2hrs and you have enough juice to crank it.
