But every donation nearly 3mths internal. 1 year about 4 donations mah. No meh? Not forgetting sometimes you're not eligible for donation.

For your information:

If you donate whole blood then is 3 months then can go again.

On the other hand if you donate platelets apherisis then is 6 weeks.

Last time use to be 2 months.
