So you always go for whole blood donation la. I always go for platelets apherisis donation and now only need 1 month and can go donation again.

If possible next time we go for mass donation and ask all sbf memeber to go.

I always donate 3 times a year....

 

always donate blood...

 

in case you have accident...(touchwood)

 

they will give you piority in using blood especially those blood that you have donated these years
