Some Places of Interest

 

The Stadthuys

Built as the official residence for the Dutch governors and officers. Today it houses an interesting Historical and Ethnography Museum. A must visit for first time visitor to Malacca.

 

A Formosa

A fort built by the Portuguese in 1511 to protect the city from invaders. Just next to the Stadhuys.

 

St. Paul's Church

Built as a small chapel by a Portuguese captain, Duarto Coelho in 1521. The Dutch used it to bury their noble dead.

 

Christ Church

The distinctive red Dutch architectural ingenuity still stands as it has always been since 1753.

 

History And Ethnography Museum

After visiting this museum, I get to know more about Malacca's history. Worth the RM2.00 entrance fee.

 

Jonker Street

A very interest place to explore. A living proof of Malacca's rich baba-nyonya heritage. Also famous for its antique shops.

 

Melaka Sultanate Palace

This is the reconstruction of original palace of former Malay rulers, at the foot of St Paul's Hill. It measures 74 metres wide, 18 metres deep and 20 metres high. A truly remarkable architectural beauty.

 

Jalan Bendahara

A mixture of East and West. The famous Tan Kim Hock Product Centre of Malacca is found along here.

 

A'Formosa Water World

A 25 minutes drive from Malacca, it is located at Alor Gajah. A water theme park, quite similar to Sunway Lagoon of KL.

 

Pulau Besar

If you like a little quietness and peace, there is a beach resort in this small island, about 10 km south of Malacca town.

 

Mahkota Parade

A one-stop shopping in air-conditioned comfort. About 15 minutes walk from the Stadthuys.

GsxR400 no more production...so no 1st hand...it's all 2nd hands. depends on the condition. price range is around 2k+ to 3k(bikeshop) got cheap ones, must find. buy from Private owner is cheaper. sometimes 1k+ also can get a G4.

saturday gsx600 ask me to powder coat his bike ....

but from what i know the salesgirl

she told me that powder coat , not only got black ,they got many many colour

powder coating can wifstand high temperature,wifstant wear and tear better .
