The key slot is at the left back of the bike. below the rear fairing.

wah ur bike seems to have to same problem as mine. when i got it the rear brake wasn't working as well. i repaired mine at planet though.

 

anyway, i did had problems with the rear seat as well. keke. have to turn clockwise to open the rear seat. it seemed to be designed to be a bit stiffer so have to turn a bit harder. once u hear a click sound the rear seat is unlock liao. :smile: :smile:

shawn and chris : it's not that ppl tell me my engine cui, it's just that she broke down on my 2 times liao and i a bit not so confident about her. but after my last servicing with bike & scooter, seems like she's getting better. therefore, if nobody wants it i shall continue to keep her. :smile: the sound from the exhaust is so awesome. i'm somewat addicted :lovestruck:

jus give it one more chance... spend a bit more time should be ok... i also spend quite sonetime in workshop before i got my g4 working...

if too stiff with keyholes, a bit of wd40 works!!! jus a bit ah... and remember to wipe ya key after using it before putting into pockets or bags...

Totally no rear break~... Need to go down to soon fah tomorrow...

Anyway the bike seems ok for these two days...

But the cluck cluck sound still dono is wat....

The valve seems to be choked as well....

When i speed too slow, and at gear 3 to 4... the bike like choking and died on me

two times in the morning

Nevertheless she still serve well~~

Hope mine don't broke down... The engine they guarantee for one month though...

Did your gf complain as a pillion... Mine did at first last night .... :cry:

but the second time seems used to it... but the position for me still need time to adjust... Its like holding at pumping position throughtout the journet...:giddy:

i no gf so no complaints so far. hee.

 

my valve seemed to be choked too. do we have to clear valve for G4 like a 2 stroker? as in do high rev for intervals? :confused: :confused:

From the way u said dude, i dun think there's anything wrong with your bike with regards to valve. Most likely it's your riding style. Btw how slow r u travelling at gear 3 and 4? got any jerking effect?

To open the rear seat, twist ur key clockwise and at the same time, lift up ur rear seat..

 

It's not like those bike where u twist only, the seat auto-eject.

 

And be careful, I broke my key once cos it was too stiff and I jerked it too hard.

peter n snk n the others.. thanks for the help.. ever since the decarbonization frm the exhaust, the bike has totally no problems startin.. dun need push start till now. hee hee.. oh ice thanks for advise on the brakes. =D will prob go ah boy buy oil fiter n brake pads n go ah gua lane change. =)

Thankz for all replies.

Went down to bikeshop these morning, the rear sit really got problem opening n the mechanic took out the whole rear cover just to open the rear sit... Aniwae its fixed... and the rear break was done as well.

naz: haha wat i meant by decarbonize was dragging the gears... or backfire (dun dare try anymore due to fear of damaging CDI).. not going to shop to scrape out carbon. =) sorry cant help u.
