Mabbe you can try motoworld ... 150+ for the low end HJC helmets.

wads ur budget? unless you looking for arai or shoei or agv?

 

Well if you're mum going taiwan can get ur mum to check the prices for the arai n shoeis there.... the rest are not worth the $$. if its cheaper you can consider. But this kind of apparel in taiwan is not the easily found. Best you do your reseach n find the address give your mum.

I din bought the skipper, cause too old. So I bought a FW plate typhoon125 register in 2002 dec, but manufacture in 1995. Mileage on the scoot is 39K quite normal for a 4 year old scoot. Top speed is only 110km/h.

I'd recommend MHR FF retailing at $150 at Chiap Lee. I got for my wife n myself for $140 ea. Removable inner lining, snap-on visor, fibreglass composite, DOT & PSB-approved plus its Aerotech vent system really works! Tried cruising with the vents closed then opening them thru e journey n I could feel an instant coolness within. Thumbs up and I give it a 9/10 rating for the money's worth. 10/10 goes to the unbeatable Arai of course.

actually MHR aerotech FF is only suitable for some ppl.. i have had the MHR FF once and the vents are not working.. for me la.. hehe

 

now using FF4 and i also dun feel the vents working..

 

used to haf RX 7 arai... vents also dun seem to work on me..

The MHR helmets are ok... but i've always found the paddings abit on the thin side....and they tend to become flat very easily....
