Hello Guys,

I know it may sounds crazy, but the fact that I am Gixxer Maniac!

I've been riding GSXR400 for track, and on the road, I always tested with some R6s and Ninjas. If u guys ever been chased by a 400cc bike and that's me, no harm, just wanna push my bike to the limit.

 

However on the track, I can easily lapped a CBR600F4i around bends and turns. But ALWAYS lose out on staight path. and I'm not satisfied with her limit. I u ppl happens to have the list of products and wish to sell me, pls email me at

You got to know that 200 extra cc is good for something.Coupled with the same if not lighter weight of the CBR600F4i.....

Got a slight prob with my bike and was wondering if you guys have experienced these symptoms before.

 

- exhaust very bubbly sounding, like a scram

- quick and light blip of the throttle results in no RPM rise, sometimes the engine cuts out

- weak acceleration at lower revs

 

Any ideas?

Sounds like too rich....

1) Try taking out and cleaning the air filter first.

2) clean the carb. could be clogged jets.

3) if rich condition, most probably your plugs might be dying soon.

alamak!! my bike ki siao liao!! no power! bubbly sound from exhaust! no acceleration!! but something is sticking out below the exhaust leh...help! help! help! i almost 3 days never ride the bike liaoz...when i warm up...it become like this...haiz~low rev of RPM too~

me also around 3 days no ride...den when i start..its so hard...let it warm up for sometime....after warm up...i rode off...the feeling is so strange...so no power...exhaust comes out the sound...the bubbly sound too....i drag the rpm...for every gear...till is gets hot...after around 5km ...its ok already..the feeling comes back to wad u had last time... :cheeky: whats sticking out underneath???

anyway, my bike seems to be back to normal...i let it idle for quite sometime(15mins) until it got really hot...then no more scram exhaust liao

 

suspect that water seeped into the carb or tank...

 

headlessBiker: try to let you bike get really hot. it may be kinda difficult cos been raining these few days and ambient temp is quite low..
