There are several reasons to have a mole removed. Many people choose to have moles removed for cosmetic reasons. There are different types of moles; some moles will be a normal genetic precursor while some may be at a high risk for cancerous moles or other types of skin cancer. Hence it is advisable to consult your physician prior to start with any treatment.

Hi just wanted to share my personal experience about cream mole removal and laser. I tried to get 3 moles on my face removed in a beauty saloon using cream 2 years ago. After the beautician applied the cream and I waited for about 15mins, she proceeded to scrap the moles using some sort of a metal tool. Firstly, it hurt very much, secondly, after she was done with the process, my skin was red and painful. Cost me $90. A week later, after my skin healed, the moles were still there. Afterwards, someone recommended me laser removal at a shop at Toa Payoh, can't remember the address but the beautician's contact is 9757 0330. I went there, was quoted $75 and assured they'll never come back. I agreed and the procedure took about 15mins also, with local anaesthetic, thus quite painless. After my skin healed, the moles were gone, there was no visible scars and the moles never grew back!

please be reminded that there will still be scares....

Ahem...

I think what you meant to say was "scars".

Respectfully, rb.

P.S.: If you go further than JB, can find plenty of scares.

I was surfing this forum and I came across this topic. I really did get my moles removed by the beautician that I mentioned. I did not mean to put up an advertisement. I really just wanted to share my experience and contact should there be anyone interested. However if you are not interested, please don not waste your time reading the post or commenting on it. Thanks.
