When buying/chging new tires, try to look out for e date when it production. Cheaper ofcos can save ur money, but cos danger for urself. If e tires keep for too long, it lost it grip. Careful on tt

sharing on my installation of bmc air filter

installed my bmc air filter ytd, big job cos just the unscrewing of the air box was a tough task. lucky had a buddy to do it with me. in all almost spent an hour on it cos all the screwing and unscrewing cos the air box pipe to disconnect from the main engine cosing faults and backfire. well after rectifying it, had a test ride and everything is fine a realised i haven pump my tyres for quite awhile so cant really compare to how to feeling was before. will update soon.

if buy in sg cost $121

buy from us cost $86 + shipping $8

total savings 121-94=$27

small savings and i get to open up my bike to play play and understand my bike more :)

so overall worth the trouble

but its ok we can still go makan chomp pang nasi lemak soon!

Hey guys,

Just wondering, my fuel gauge is not the least accurate. Anybody shares the same problem as me? at 250+ km i was already running on reserve. When i pumped @ JB, full tank was only 8L (Meaning i still had like 4L in my tank). Since then I started to gauge by mileage, at 400 usually I would start to make my way to JB. However the sight of the reserve bar blinking makes me uncomfortable despite knowing I still can run more. Any fellow riders here can enlighten me with the max mileage the bike can go roughly? Say 500? My riding style is relatively average, not hitting above 7.5k RPM unless I'd have to. My next servicing is due soon 3k mileage @ UM. Is there a solution to this? Thanks

If u hit reserve @ 250 km ++, then I believe there should be a problem; all the more when u still have abt 4 litres left; manual says indicator will start blinking (with the 'F' mileage) @ approx 1.9 litres left. However my bike also, the last time I went to JB, the F indicator showed 68km, then i filled 10.46l, meaning to say there's still 1.5 litres left. So yeah, i got a similar prob.

I think when I'm free, I'm gona do try the max mileage the bike can go..gotta buy a can of fuel put in my bag just in case..heh.

speaking of brake coolant, reminds me that I gotta top-up my engine coolant (I think that's what its called) Anyone knows where to get for our bike? Is there a standard one for all bikes?
