Overall rating for the sch is BAD! haha. My fren and i enroll the same day but diff sch yet he got the slot to speed up things. SSDC. Think back, i'm glad that i pass there too. Due to the heavy traffic i learn how to change lane within time that i have. haha. Cause i have fren that pass alr veri scare to change lane.

 

yes, i totally agree with your asking! i spend three months to obtain my license, while my buddies at SSDC took 2 months. the booking at CDC seems to be fully booked always...

 

ha-ha! yup, i agree with the lane change comment. i at times have to lane change first, then pull a opening for my buddies to change lane. ;>

I would prefer if any Jap/Euro manufacturers come up with either 175cc/200cc 2 cylinders inline with rated 20/22hp/20/24nm.Can consider long distance touring liao.Or at least increase new category 2C(Those just pass and license under 2 years) up too 150cc,2B 150cc-250cc,2A 251cc-600cc,2 Unlimited.Malaysian if im not mistaken up to 125cc for those who had just pass and license under 1 year and after that their license up to 250cc.2nd license is 251cc-600cc and the prime license is above 601cc..My Malaysian friend license(same as 2B) riding Ninja 250R..Wow.

BTW saw 1 V1 R15 at Changi Airport with LED rear tailight,Full carbon fairing,orange color sport rims,Leo Vince pipe,Samco hoses with front oversize disc brake.The sound of the pipe is so sweet,Not too loud not to silence.With front white headlight i think.So simple yet so smart as he retain most of the ori parts,The rear mud flap was cut according to the curve lining,Smart.Tyre Battlax 90/80 110/70 and using those sinob sprockets(with big round cover) and orange chain....

i usually did my servicing at Unique Motorsports. I normally change engine oil, spark plug and oil filter on basic servicing.

Actually HongLeong abit more ex cause the give helmet and stuffs plus 2 service but 100% safe. Other shop you just have to open mouth and ask, try luck.

Nope, it's a one year old R15. I brought it 3 months back. When I saw the v2 I wanted to trade in the v1, but gotta top up quite a lot. May I know usually how much does it cost to do those basic servicing? Excel cycle is $30. Normal? My friend recommend me to republic motor, sooooooooo far.

You go to ah boy all this will have but the price wont be cheap. If im not wrong is abt 100plus. Some wiring need to be done. Jus ride more and u will noe the feeling is which gear alr. dont think there is a need to spend this money. (my view suggestion)

If really lik this then same as v1 lo. 2option for you. Use a padlock or extend ur helmet ring put putting a few more ring to it. then u can tie up to 2 helmets. haha.

Hi guys im intrested in getting r15 v1 once after i pass my tp this july but this is the few questions i have

 

1)is it advisable to get a 2nd hand r15 ?

 

2)im staying in malaysia and ill be stuck in the jams often..will this bike easy to control?will it heat up fast?

 

3)how about the fc? maintenance in malaysia possible?

 

4)is there any legal aftermarket exhaus for r15?

 

5)whats the max speed for r15?

 

6)im staying 16km from custom and maybe lets say i work in changi area

..advisable to.get this bike?caz i really like it

Yeah, agree with weeliang! First few rides it was difficult since I got used to the gear indicators on my spark, but now somehow got used to the R15. But sometimes still blur, haha. I guess just need to ride more.
