YZF-R15 rider, GATHER!!!

because i drop my previous bike before and cause whole fairing head broken and inner bar that support head also bend fuel tank also dent -all just a park stationary drop

Many things cannot be predicted also la.

Drop this kinda thing is very rare actually, once you accumulate enough and ridden enough, your greatest conceen will be more than just dropping your bike

I skidded before ma.. So looking at the damages I know where is more delicate.

Some other people also told me about where to put slider is better for bike, our bike just cannot put since it does not support the correct weight distribution and will topple over.

Have to change the whole set then? :/

Cause our handle is 2 parts and bolt down right? While FZ16 are like those single handle bar that is extended and both down to 2 blocks..

yeah i heard r15 can put main stand , but i doubt there bracket hole for us to fit in the main stand

Use to have a couple of guys here with main stand.. Not sure about the exact details but the process seems to be a little tedious looking for the bracket and stuff to assemble in.

the main stand component comes from fz15oi. both machines share the same frame, hence there wouldn't be any issue on the installation.

you need to purchase the parts from yamaha before getting it to shop for installation.

thinking of to change. as current riding x1r i had to pump petrol every 2 days. : ( r15 look so awesome look so alike to R6. And it just nice not that heavy. looking more on the good and bad feedback before getting it : )

hey guys i pass my 2b already on october..

 

i got dilema between fz16 and r15 ..

 

i was quoted 4800 for a 2nd hand r15 v1 and 1.3k for my insurance .getting the v1 only caz im actually on tight budjet

 

curious..what's the top speed for r15 v1 STOCK can the cdi be changed??

 

can the tyres be change to a bigger one ? because i really like the size of fz16 tyre..

 

how much will a full paint job cost ? looking to spray paint my bike total white if i happen to get one

 

and how's the maintenance ? do malaysian reconize this bike ? maintenance wise...engine oil spark plug..basic servicing.. changing of tyres , mirrors etcs..

 

and one last thing,some people said r15 is a fairing version of fz150 ? true ? if so then i geuss malaysian won't have any problem doing the bike
