actually i just want to let that matter rest , but since it seem like u r trying to help him talk and bring this matter up again . ok then i shall further say that - i am not surprise that many people will help him talk because it clearly shown on his profile he been here longer than me( maybe some have been his real life friend) but i don't really care for that . . no matter what answer or reply i given ,is my point of view . if i have done any way of intentionally giving fake information and convince people in the wrong way ,u can simply contact the moderator of sbf . BUT THE PROBLEM NOW IS WHATEVER I REPLY I NOT MAKING THEM TO TRUST ME OR MUST LISTEN TO ME . neither am i giving fake info !!! u can continues to get a few friend to side him and keep bringing this matter up , soon it will be as good as boycotting forum group . =)

Kokwei, with you knowledge that you know about 2strokes bike might not work out the same on 4strokes bike. If you think you know a lot about r15 then please share the right info not rubbish. Foxin info might not be telling the best answer/info but your is the worst i ever come across. If you think he is trying to pick on you then read all the reply properly because there is so many people out there shooting you. We do have team form up by number of r15 but none have your expert knowledge so far. You can haunt me down if you are not happy with what im telling you now.

I not using for touring. I use it to keep my stuffs, rain coat x2, working documents and other things. all stuffs are not very valuable. Currently i put all the things in my backpack and it is quite heavy feel not comfortable to riding. besides that, i have to hook another helmet at pillion seat along the way i go to work and it already scratched the tail frame, so i need fit the helmet in a saddle bags. It is possible to put the saddle bags support straps under the pillion seat to prevent taken away? Or maybe other better ways to prevent taken?

What the cost and life time k&n air filter and original factory air filter? it is worth to use k&n air filter?

Recently i checked the coolant reservoir the coolant level left quarter to reach the low mark, do i have to top up?

Like mentioned in your other thread, your best bet is to custom a rack to fit on your saddle bag (The ergo of the v2 tail is not that suitable for supporting a saddlebag. You wouldn't want random stuffs like straps or anything getting caught among the rear moving parts)

Alternatively, you can install top box, compromising the aesthetic and aerodynamics of the bike (depending on the size of the box and all, handling might be somewhat compromised slightly)

Say if you don't mind the hassle, why not just hook your helmet as it is on your pillion seat, and use a bike cover?

I used a tank bag, so I just fit everything in and stick on my tank lol. Feels better than riding with a backpack on. But if your objective is not to carry those stuffs around, a top box might be the best solution for now.

On a side note, I see the flames going on here .. chillax all .. This post is just my personal experience and opinions .. Dont flame me =X

Adventure.

Hee... You put it in a way that is organized and concise. But seems he/she is not responding eh.. :/

Either way, since there have been unhappiness (mainly I'm the protagonist that started this whole thingamajid) why not allow me to trouble you a little and read from page 228 onwards and trace the story. Tell me your sentiments :)

Ps. I'm not going to defend the way I reply. Words being words can be emotionless. And I didnt post in the nicest way, I agree. Consider the approach and statement made on my side and kok wei's side.

Come on la! What so clever about this info you giving to other ppl? How expert is the comment coming out from? WOW! You didn't force them to trust ur info, ya but mislead people that wanna start learning abt bikes and just nice read that comment. If you think we gang up to attack you then I'm telling you YES WE ARE! And most of us here know each other. Most important thing is that I think you never have a chance to meet any of the r15 rider face to face to chat with you before. Lonely boy ar? Sad case. So stop thinking that what you wanna share is right. Or mayb go back and ride your SP better oso. Feel bad for you. haix.........................................

Kokwei, I read thru your past post and replies. My advice to you as a friend, just ride your bike, enjoy it and when it comes to servicing, do read up the manual and do it accordingly with any preferred motorbike shops. This group is friendly and if you do know them personally, they are very knowledgeable abt their R15 and if u wish to be as good or better, be humble. Think before you ask and think twice before you answer.

I agree! :)

Kokwei, many questions u asked can be easily gotten from the mechanics or even google(ur best fren) semi synthetic oil or Full synthetic can easily asked when changing ur engine oil, the winter and weight (10W(winter)40(weight)) simply dun = Full synthetic. LOL....

1st of all if you say we are a boycotting forum group, i think u are the only 1 getting boycotted.. We only boycott ppl who are too arrogant and those with bad riding habbits... which i believe it is only normal to do so, so as to protect ourselves and the group members.

2ndly, yes maybe all of us had misunderstood each another,be it due to our weak language proficiency to misunderstand you. Of cos you can ask as much of any kind of questions all you want, we will greatly happy to ans you. But do not make out ur questions like a statement or advice when you yourself need to find the ans.

Peace....

Bro, when u apply excessive pressure on the rear brake, you tends to fishtail regardless of tire brands. Answering to your question, buy from Lim Ah Boy. His tires are the cheapest so far and hopefully he is on his Buddha mode when u approached him. U can get extremely low price.

Senior or not.. doesnt matter. Open mouth say things you will know if that person knows his stuff or not. And... they are my friends. True! Think about this.. if I ask them to come and flame you and they just do that.. are they stupid? Do you have this kinda friends around you? If you have not done things that bring about the same feeling as I do, would they want to come flame you? Im glad I have friends who knows how to tell the truth and know what is right and wrong. This kind of friends can keep. If you have friends who logon to forum and flame people becasue tou ask them to, tell you that by modding the tail you can siam tp, tell you that engine feels cool after break in.. tell you coolant will clot up if you use engine ice... this kinda friend will leave you the very split second you are not longer of use to them

Open your eyes and rhink a little. I arrogant.. yes! But I have good foundation to be able to be arrogant and show off. Did I do it all the times? I myself dont know... atleast I know that I dont have people shooting me off whenever I post, I know im doing well enough to earn respect.

As much as I respect people who are very knowledgeable through consistant upgrading and learning.. able to be humble and teachable. I wanna be like that.

I dont want you to stay away.. ask as many questions you like. Be as meek as a dove and as shrewd as a viper. Know your stuff, get a footing and then see where you are. If youre sound in your knowledge, who can reject you but yourself? I have everything else in favor of you but your thinking. Reflect on it..

I apologize if my intent didnt start off right and made it feels like I totally anti you. No.. its the stubborn and naive feedback and suggestion that irks me.

Youre free to ask and interact here.

Have a good day

Stock mirror have the best vision capture.

Or you can try getting barracuda mirror. Small vision, but looks good. Mind you, it's a branded item.

But if purely functionality, I recommend stock mirror.

Yap, i also say its Lim Ah Boy, i heard best to go in the morning when he just open because he like morning crowd. It makes him feel business is good and you really need that item. Then easier to bargain, just tell him: boss, can give me a good price, im on tight budget, but dun push too much la
