My R15 v2 top speed only 123km/h. any speed limit setting done on stock R15? or my bike have problem?

 

Hmm.. regarding ur top speed, lots of factors to consider le. Like ur weight, tires width, tires grip, tires air pressure, chain, sprocket, the timing of shifting gears, air temp, wind resistance and etc...

 

V2 top speed should be about 130-138km/hr, but 120km/h isn't too much of a concern also maybe it is just ur weight and timing of shifting gears, try dragging ur rpm to 8.5k-9k b4 changing gears. Our bike have rpm restricted at 10.5k rpm.

my weight 60kg, i think not heavy right.. stock tires, air pressure front 200 n rear 225, stock sprocket. gear shifting ehm.... not every gear shift on rpm 8.5k. i drag gear 6th from 6k until 8.5~9k and only 120km/h. i fully throttle and go up to rpm8.5~9k about 30mins and it maintain 120km/h only

Lol... u relax relax drag gear nia of cos only 120 la.... 6th gear is a cruising gear le... theres no power there. R15 at stock, have no power below 7.5k rpm...

so shift gear in certain rpm very significant to get higher top speed?

I am not sure about the sprockets... but our riding position does affect your top speed. Bend down, aggressive.

what i did was to buy those permanent outdoor mounting sticker and stick it to the IU and cover. Abit ugly but at least water won't seep into and fry my IU when it rains.
