i change to Fully sync on my first servicing... best protection for performance engine... although much more expensive, i no need go back at 3000 km. yamaha call me go baq at 5000. lols.

as for me .. i am using ows e.o n chain lube.... every 1.5k to 2k i change my e.o... b4 changing i would ask my mec to help me put a can of ows lotion( washing the engine ) for 10mins then drain out wit the dirty e.o...then pour in the new e.o n change filter...

machine price ONLY = $4,700

 

now bike COE $1,200

 

ur insurance esp those young chaps or P-plater wud cost u 1k+.

 

haven include ur IU, registration fees, GST, etc.

 

hence, on average wud cost u 7K+ - 8K+ OTR depending on ur insurance.

 

and last but not least, dun forget ur interest rate. The longer u drag ur bike installment, the more u pay for ur interest.

Also, depends on how much u wanna pay downpayment for ur bike.

Hey for me i buy a normal small lock and lock it at any convenient place on my bike.

The difference is that the LE version comes with :

- single seater

- muffler cover

- swing arm bolt cover

- brake reservoir cover

- fork brace nut cover

7 k OTR? now COE $1.2K u know... my r15 with $800 coe already cost $7.8 OTR!

i can hook 2 helms oso but sometimes i have difficulty opening my seat... is like i cant turn my key at all then got stuck.. i dun dare use strength cos scared key break inside lol

yup i experience the same thing. i try to flip the key when i get a hard time openning it.

 

 

anyone with R15 single seat cowl here?
