Im currently taking my class 2A and im thinking of upgrading to a 2A bike. Im not sure of which bike is betta. I understand everybike has its speciality and i would like to knoe which is betta between superfour n drz in terms of

- maintanence

- Fuel

- Resale value

- Spare parts

- etc

Well i would appreciate if you guys can enlighten me on this. I have some bikes in mind like gsr but nt sure bout it. 2A sport bike is kinda old so im kinda afraid it might turn out to a problematic bike. Not actually problematic but high maintanence as its an old bike you see...:)) so u guys out there share u thoughts and enlighten me pls. thank you very nice. god bless sg bikers.

cool topic . anyone to talk bout it ? for me i think its betta to go for superfour in terms of maintanence spare parts n stuff dude...

Spark Plug

Super4 = 4

DRZ = 1

Engine Oil

Super4 = 3.2

DRZ = 2.7L

so guess which has a lower maintenance? :angel:

Super4 is great for long distance.

i am riding both bikes currently..

which is betta? none is betta then e other..

depends on what u're lookin for..

comfort n cruising, thats the s4 for ya..

fun n cool factor, thats the zee for ya..

maintenance wise

zee

1.7l semi syn(2000km) + 1 spark plug..

s4

3.2l fully syn(5000km or 2mnths) + 4 spark plugs..

i get abt 27km/l on my zee (rejets + full sys + k&n airfilter)..

i get abt 23km/l on my s4 (gpr endcan + k&n airfilter)..

in terms of running cost, zee cost much cheaper..

that aside, zee has countless accessories and mods to bling up ur bike.. now thats where u'll burn a hole in ur pocket..

s4 is a smoother ride at higher speed and also when with pillion..

but i've nvr regretted getting myself a zee..

fun factor kicks in frm the first time u throttle it..

lotsa zee riders r formerly s4 riders as well..

why i change?

young & able, its e time to hv kickass fun!

enjoy it while u still can..

the time for high speed cruisers/tourers will come..

i will beg to differ..

DRZ is more economical on maintainence..

spares and accessories, DRZ wins hands down too..

this is the part where it burns my pockets..

i wont say DRZ aint for cruising/touring..

it's pretty comfortable riding at 80-100kph at the highways..

i've brought my S4 to Thailand, i believe my DRZ will bring me further..

DRZ handles way much better than a S4..

i did not regret getting a S4,

but i did regret not chosing a DRZ over S4 at that time..

do your own research..

whatever you decided to buy, it's your money..

dun buy something because of our comments..

go for a bike you like..
