How long do u have to wait to collect ur new bike?

need some info/feedback..

 

how long do u usually wait for ur bike to be ready after u deposit ?

already 1 wk n the bike nt ready..

they say COE just bidded last wed but LTA haven give no. plate to them..

kinda weird since COE & number plate are issued by LTA yet they delay..

how long does the preocess take?

hmm... already push.. but they insist lta haven give them number plate..wat to do..:sian:

1st time buy 1st hand bike mah..always buy 2nd hand.. :sian:

gonna check with LTA if got any vehicle registered under my name so i got concrete proof to push them over the edge..hehehe.

me... 3 working days...

paid my deposit on a thur, COE bidding on the same day...

bike shop gonna get stock from hong leong (brand new bike)...

sat i drop by, my bike at bike shop liao, fixing UI liao...

actually can collect on sat de i'm riding my previous bike, so i collect it on the following monday...

the bike got stock anot???if got stock, they just need to register the vehicle,take 2-3 days collect bike. So if got stock....after bidding coe(wed)...tink sat shd collect bike liao.

Shouldnt be more than 2weeks. Ask the shop before you buy the bike. If they promise a date then they should give you the bike on that day or +/- 2days. If they keep dragging, something is wrong...

Actually if they wan, the whole process can take one day only. Transfer, insurance, road tax everything can be done in one day. But it will be a long day though.

i beg to differ..

 

when i picked up my new bike, i spent barely an hour at the bike shop..
