hi again everyone....

I've been missing from the forum for quite a while now. :p

right now, I have problems with my bike. the clutch is damaged. so it's hard to pick-up to speed. feels like slipping and the engine is running faster than the tyres should.... I'm planning to install a manual clutch and a racing clutch plate.

how does that sound ? any comments ? anybody has a better idea or maybe advice ?

:p

i will ask ppl to buy honda innova ( made in thai but british export)....honda boon siew has it here too...typically its same with honda wave but signal lamp are diiferent.

if ppl insist to buy spark z , coz it's cheaper. then do this few item for satisfaction of riding

1. CHANGE SPARK COIL

2. CHANGE SPARK PLUG

immediately for hassle free starting in the morning.

the carb has 2 ajustable screw - 1 for rpm and other for air supply (the one above the rpm)

will try to explain - the miss-fire could be tat ur fuel supply too lean because of unburn fuel, turn anti-clockwise to let in more air.

but if ur bike always dies off easily means too much air is given turn clockwise to reduce the air supply but I adjust at a rpm when engine is hot and still running currently mine is at 1 & 3/4 turn

last if still don understand sent to a mec to ajust or we can meet some where so can show you.

hope this help

wahh... suddenly, in a few days... alot of messages comes in. :p

My bike's mileage is 28195.xx

I bought the bike only 5 month ago.

actually, I already change the clutch plate. using an SSTwo plate. it works fine for now. and the mechanic even tell me how to make the bike more pickup using 4 pieces of aluminium washer. I didn't install the washer though coz I'm not looking for trouble with the law right now..... ahahahahaksss...

my bike also has the same problem previously. and the cause of the pop and blurb from the spark plug is the plug itself. get it changed and you'll lose it. I can recommend Splitfire, Denso Iridium, and NGK GPower spark Plugs to name a few that I've used and find satisfaction. but above all. Splitfire is the best. It last more than 15,000km. before I have to change it. saves you a lot of money there.

talking about carburetors, if you want to get the best of it, send it for a polish. then use the splitfire plugs. it'll go smoother than standard. but let ONLY experienced mechanic to adjust the carb timing. it's not as easy as it sounds to get the perfect balance or air and fuel into the chamber. want a little more pickup than usual ? take out the air filter, BUT leave the airbox as it is and LEAVE it connected to the carburetor..... just try out.. it'll help.... :p

i suspect the carb is dirty

may be from factory itself. sometimes u know lah thailand made - QC very bad.

i want splitfire too

i using ngk g-power now honestly ngk g-power lasts 4000km on yamaha sparkz

till now i changed 3 ngk g -power.

shall i send for cleaning carb. i contact my foreman,. he said don't siturb if it never disturb u

but then my mileage 1 liter is 40km only

while Hong leong claim 1 litre = 47km at 80km/h

deemeeeemmmmmmmm
