Hi guys, I need your opinion here...

 

It may sound silly but I still couldn't figure out whether my bike is 07 or 08 model...I was told 08 by the bikeshop...

 

My bike's paintwork is matt black/glossy dark grey...this paintwork seems like a 07 model to me...

but the fairing has gold color "R1" and "Yamaha" wordings which suggest a 08 paintwork? Then again, 08 paintwork is total black (based on what I found from the websites) whereas mine is not...

 

So can anyone enlighten me pls?

 

LTA details logged the bike as manufactured in 2007 and first registered in DEC 07...color "black".

DEC 2002 ~ NSR150RR

APR 2004 ~ CB400VS

JUN 2005 ~ CBR600RR

OCT 2010 ~ YZF-R1

sepang was nice.. haha first time went there. didnt know the motogp bike sounded diff then wat i expect. like a hollow sound. and damn loud. haha. but the jam cannot tahan liao. wanna shot also too packed

Best, old IU have to pay for replacement.

 

Just remove the ERP charges for bike la, charge bike for what we cause the jam on pie and cte mei? 50cents also wanna take.

u didnt use ear plug arh??? hahahaha. they all use straight pipe lah bro...

good morning to this "friendly" R1 rider i saw just a while back at amk area..thanks for zooming pass at high speed so near when ppl was moving of from stationary position..WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH U?just imaging moving off a bit earlier..u be endangering both you and me.. ride safe cheers

 

to the rest of the r1 riders, sorry to interrupt this thread..the bike is great but sometimes is just the riders..ride safe guys cheers
