very much depends on how u wana ride it.

mostly rev around less than 3k for the 1st & 2nd, 3rd gear onwards lesser than that. 3k for 5th gear is already 100km/h u know...! :cheeky:

Its my first day with my ST today. Been really a smooth and powerful bike!!

Was wondering, normally what type of speeds do you guys change gear??

I read from some pages that between 3k-3.5krpm?

Bro,

Go BS sure kenna knife. Suggestion. Go to the sticker shop at the corner facing towards TP HQ and ask. If not go Lavender 219 Shop and ask. Should be cheaper.

Hi Guys,

Sorry off topic abit, but may I know if anyone knows what's the rate for Lee Garden Plaza hotel in Hatyai and how to book it cheaper? Appreciate if anyone has the info.

I just collected my ST from the bikeshop after a couple of parts replacement, and while riding, i found my fuel guage needle at the 'E' mark, but the fuel low light have yet to light up..

After riding further, the light lit and i headed to the petrol kiosk to only pump 22 litres. Is this 'norm'??

Had this funny incident when i was at the petrol kiosk counter after pumping fuel.

I always pump at the tampines Caltex n the counter girls kinda noe who i am already, cos every week, i visit the station at least 3 times (2 bikes + 1 car)..

While paying, was wearing my helmet and told the counter which pump station, they asked 'sir, which pump huh?'

my reply: 'pump 6'

them: 'sure u pump at 6??? 22 litres leh!!'

haha they were shocked, and tot i played prank by driving my car with my helmet!!!

I have the same observation too. I guess the light lit up a bit early. Sometimes, after the light lit up, parking at a place for makan, start engine again, the light off again. After a while, the light lit up again. It is normal to lit up and off at that border case. Full tank is 28 litres. The light should lit up after 23 litres is used. 5 litres are in reserve.

mine lite up approximately at 22.5ltr, it will go on & off until after 23ltr it will be on all the way.

the analog should be pointing between the white & red marker for the light to turn on, once it sink below red u need to top up asap.

I have a prob when i ride thru rain recently...

My right pannier seem to be getting some rain water. Highly suspect it to be the rubber seal.

Any recommendations to where to buy the replacement rubber and how much??

recently been testing out the FC for my ST.

70% spent on expressway, the other 30% in carpark warmup and city riding.

Managed to get around 17km/l.. *all in sgp roads

Is this considered high?

Also, after carb tuning by motodiam, seems like the rpm is slightly higher when crusing -> 3.1k rpm for 100kmh (before was 3k rpm) with headlight on.

Could this be a contributing factor?
