its is genuine but only apply to their country only..... to sad not for overseas like s'pore

ITS NOT THE SIZE OF THE ENGINES IN THE RACES BUT THE SIZES OF THE BALLS IN YOUR TROUSERS

So meaning you did able to start your engine and move off?

Yup, i read the manual they says, if you kick sidestand down clutch in and shift to any gear it will stall, if not have to check with yamaha dealer lol.. so i believe that recall is real ba.

My R125 always stalls when i kick in gear 1 with side stand down, i know this cuz i always forget to kick up my side stand on a regular basis in fact today morning did the same thing when leaving for work hehe! So i guess only some ppl are affected or maybe the bikes in SG not affected?

Yamaha dont bring R125 so guess they have a policy of not servicing unofficial imports. Just read the letter again. It said the bolts for the side stand may become loose, than as a result the bike may move off with the side stand down...meaning even if your bike stalls when u try to move off with the stand down you may face this problem in the future...
