haiz old injury when playing rugby last time. shoulder dislocate, last time widen joint and torn ligament.

ytd thought of leaving bike in sch and bring back home today but alhamdulilah by ytd evening ok alr.

liddat NS and napha how sia. last time pull-up, play badminton, lift "hooker" in rugby all also popped.

NS can become clerk also not bad...

speaking of shoulder injury..ytd my fren accident..she pillion..her guy fren, ridin s4, speed..still want play corner when exit e'way cuz he love to corner maut one..then crash..both got flung..walau..lucky she ok sia..*SShole..she only got bad bruises while he got shoulder fracture..walau..just nw she call me i think she still in shocked condition sia..she still go work some more..haiyah..irresponsible rider..never think of pillion's safety..
