wat did u exactly do bro?? guys.. i have a problem.. i feel tat my version s like not gd.. wanna start in d morning damn hard.. and my idling speed is 1.6 around teer when warm.. my FC quite high at abt 19 km per litre.. i have washed my card, set it, change spark p[lug, engine oil, wash my KnN filter. change my clutch plate and clutch housing. still no diifference.. a lot of S4 in d morning starr quite easy leh.. wat happerned to mine!!! HELP DUDES!!!!

i cut open the center of the headers ... the part where the 4 pipes leads to ... there's 2 of it .... inside of it got somekind of silencer looking stuff with fibers below it ... burn that off .... then weld back ... and a mod headers been done ...

all i can say very smooth ....

 

smooth pick up .....

 

smooth riding .....

 

smooth speeding ...... wahahahhaha

mayb u can tell us wat spark plug n eo u using.those expert can help u analyse better. heard tt sm spark plug r better during cold condition while other best at higher temp.

 

as for ur FC, wats ur riding style?change gear at wat rpm?ur cruising speed?ur chain, tyre,pillion often or wat type of road u usually travel will affect too.

 

for my pb1,i changed at rpm 4.highway at 110km/h.normal road average 70km/h bah. my main tank managed 400km b4 reserve. sian

no lah..i mean some people will prefer PM den public mah..but if u public the pricing is also good...so most of them will know...have done all on my previous bikes/CBRR/GXSRP/Hurricane...its really worth the money BUT...last time i did in SG ex wor....kekekekekeke.. 50-70SGD ... eh..i just wonder why they didnt check the level of the ..eh..donnoe how to say but the smoke contains those donnoe call wat one...aiya..forget it..Nice and smooth..enjoy ur superb burst and smooth RPM throttling.

im using repsol 10 50 eo and denso spark plug. i dun pillion often. i change gear at 4rpm. but wat i wanna noe is y isit tat my bike hard to start?? if battery can hear slow craning mah..

i take out the needle n now all my guages screew up . . . .

 

pls dun make a mistake that i did ....

 

i will dif again next time in my mind using leds a no need to remove needles but for the mean time ... i need to go bike shop repair my guages ... cost of repair rm 25-45 dude .... sigh .... ichy hand .....

 

as for the header part .... i have remove the internal baffle ..... it looks like silencer rite ??? well the outlook will not change .....

 

but bro mike^dirt done his mod at singapore .... was told it cost $200+ ... he say he done full exhaust modification ....

 

now i wonder if my mod really a header mod .... hrm ... but i look inside .... noting more to mod ..... just this silencer looking thing ...

 

mine cost rm80 for header mod

n rm 40 +- for mod to end can tong

 

hrm ... now it makes me wonder .....

sure have original and imitation also have

 

ver s fuel 400km +- for a full tank

 

problem with this bike it's only the rectifier

 

but u could change to v tec ones as the newer models have fins ... older models dun have

 

other then that .... no problem if the last owner takes care of it ....

rectifier is located at the left side of ur centre side board ....

 

it's for charging the batt ....

 

older model rectifer dun have fins for makin it cool .....
