normal for new bikes to have burning smell.. oil in the exhaust burning off..

Its new bike smell... that time i just got it also got weird smell... after a while it will be gone...

if u think a busa is hot u should try a yamaha r1 or fjr...

any way enjoy while it last , thata a typical new bike smell.... next time u wan also don have already unless u buy another new bike..

smell from a thin layer of oil coating your engine n when it heats up it evaporates n thus the smell..... it's call smell of a new bike lolz..... most riders wld love the smell of it ... smell of a new member hahaha...

AKG one is he tint it himself.. Motoworld selling both clear and smoked ventura headlight protector...

Ermm, juz my own opinion, the fully tinted headlight protector reduces the projection of the brightness from the headlight quite substantially.

 

I had a fren who used tinted protector, during our ride to msia, the radius that the brightness of his headlights covered was greatly reduced to only abt 1 and a half arm's length.

 

Eventually, he changed it to a clear protector and he enjoyed his ride much betta.

 

Well, these r juz my own opinion. Anyway, a man's meat is always another man's poison.

Well, for cosmetics wise, its really based on the liking of the rider him/herself.

 

But for practical usage and safety, I would prefer the clear to the tinted.

 

But then again, its really a man's meat is another man's poison.

the weather lately have been horrendous. The rain comes and go in intervals. Its really hard not to fall sick with such weather.

 

Also, bcoz of the current weather patterns, I've totally grounded my bike. The last time i rode my bike was like 15 days back. Damn!! Miss riding my bike man..

 

Fortunately, I was well-prepared for the wet weather. In order not to get certain bike parts rusty, I mildly coated them in grease, placed a large trash bags over my gas tank to prevent water from seeping thru the gas cap and to prevent the metal parts from rusting. Another trash bag is used to cover my newly-wrapped seats, this to prevent water from seeping thru to the gel cushion below the seat cover.

 

Above all these, my bike's under the bike cover with a spandex neatly secured to my seat, this to prevent cats from making my seat their comfort zone and also to prevent the bike cover from flying away due to gust of wind.

 

If this weather persist the next few days, guess i'm gonna detach the battery from my bike.

 

Hopefully, the weather conditions will improve soon. Wanna go have a good time on my bike.

Wow that's really alot of work~! Covered your bike in so many layers... haha... I only cover one layer.... that's one layer of raincoat over myself and ride on~! hehehe....
