erm it should be the same or cheaper by abt 50 bux.. so coukld be abt 500 plus

19-year old p-plater wave 125 insurance shouldn't be more than $750 right?

 

Was just browsing through the used bikes forum, seems like little waves for sale, and checking past threads wave125 selling price like SP de price, lol.

I want to be a rider!

 

Hope to get 'free' 2b in NS!

 

CBR125R, NSR125, NSR150SP YamahaSparkz135.. Maybe even Phantom TA200?WOOOOOO!

Hi wave forumers...need a little help here...what is the value of FU plate wave...Im not sure abt his coe...he dont know how to check...so do i...Im just trying to help my fren...his father pass away recently...and he need to sell his father wave...Thanks...

Hey thanks for the respond...hmm i might consider buying it if i can sell my bike...but till now really not sure wheter issit worth it to sell of my rxz and buy a wave...

Tested the bike just now...really all stock condition...

anyway u all know wat will be the insurance price for my age...20yrs old...2 years plus riding experience...

sorry to bring tis topic up.

juz now saw a accident involving a wave & the whole bike is wreck. :giddy:

nvr c the rider but saw the female driver sitting @ the side of the road.

the box fairing & box is full of stickers & a silver helmet is left one the floor. hope tat the rider is ok. :pray:

been looking around for ma sis first bike and it has to be wave...... wanna share ma findings of the last 2 days.(for wave wannabes and looking for 2nd hand).. at S1 ubi got one wave fw plate selling for 2.6k all done up from new suspensions to new tyres looks new...good buy la....oso got this spark 135 fbb plate for 3.6 k(repo bike)..then i went of to eunos got one shop(sorry dunno the name but at eunos only got 4 to 5 shops )sellin wave fba plate for 2.5k oso good buy but can only down $800...hehehe...ok la thats all..got some more la i see but not worth buying due to its condition and high mileage....

if u tinking of modding, get a stock wan..

 

it will be cheap..

 

remember, appearance is not tat mportant..

 

wat matters is the engine.. and u wanna rid a bike done by u..nt others

Thats the priority im looking at now...fuel saving...time to save money...and wats the diff if i wat till 21?

 

Btw there just something abt the wave riding posture...i donno i just feel insecure riding wave...the feeling is diff...hmm well i think thats can be acustomed if ride it everyday though...

i have been riding wave for 4 years plus.So far so good.But as you said it is fuel saving.On initial part it was about 5 bucks for ful tank and can last for 200km.as years go by,condition of bike worsen due to wear and tear.Now mine is about 130-140km for full tank.Dont ever go an tebuk your wave as your setting my run,inspection might fail and fuel consumption increase.Save as much as u can and save the earth.

Me too, riding wave since it just came out. But last time the fuel is about $4 for full tank (around 2003), now petrol price increase, about $5 for full tank. But lucky my bike haven't wear and tear so much, a full tank can last about 180-200km, depending on the type of journey.

I agree, don't burn so much petrol and wait at the traffic light, go slow, save the earth.

I just got myself a Wave and i really think it a very good transport bike. My ex KTM really drinks petrol. Save the earth and save my wallet...

that time i thou brake shoe quality not gd, so change to original one..

but the sound is back again..

wat to do to solve this problem??

So u juz ride a honda wave....well i've been riding it for 3 yrs plus now.... maintaining is easy... juz change ur engine oil every month... no need servicing...

hello. may i know wats the difference between the different waves? like there is 110cc,125cc, wave i, r, s or wat. cant really remember. how many types are there exactly? and whats the difference? i've read every page of this thread. and saw 1 post saying the meter difference. but still really dun understand the difference? performance wise is there difference? thanks. hope someone can tell me the difference among these different type of wave
