Date: 27 January '07

Time : 8pm

Meeting Point & End Point : Woodlands MRT Station

 

 

Route Description

 

 

Take up the challenge to skate from Woodlands to Esplanade, 27th January 8 pm to 28th January 2 am.

 

The 6 hour route will cover more then 42 km of park connectors that link Woodlands to Esplanade, it will bring us along Gombak Avenue, the Old Thomson Road, Bishan Park and the Kallang Park Connectors for an ultimate skating experience.The route is suitable for intermediate skaters who are able to stop effectively. Beginner skaters may join the skate but will have to stop at Sembawang.

yo... anyone just gotten seba fsk recently? The blue or the orange old... can share with me how much u gt them for? There is also a newer seba fsk that is black also? Anyone tried them .. any comments?

 

By the way is the black seba fsk ... seba fr1? or seba fr2?

would love to join but i using aggro skates. i tink skate wit them to sembawang my legs die already.. haha!!

fr1 is the black plastic seba... fr2 is the blue and orange one... you can get the fr2 for less then $300

too bad the max wheel size is only 76mm...

Yep juz gotten my FR2 ... cheaper than FR1 ... Regarding wheel size, I think can fit 80 oso coz my 243mm frame comes with the bigger wheels. the 231 frame comes with 76.

Kaozie: freestyle skates mah ... the heel brake will hamper certain stunts..... anyway ... i never use the heel brake even on recre skates .... just nt use to it ...

 

Throttle: Darn... my bro was looking for a pair of 2nd-hand skates ... n he just got a pair .... which model of K2 are u selling? the recre series or their soul series? Price diff alot between the diff models ...

no lah ... I m nt pro enough ... i skate along ecp route.... used to do recre ... hope to do some slalom and new tricks .... so buy seba .. but then no time to learn ..
