240kmh Hornet 600

245kmh Hornet 900 :thumb:

(as tested by British Sports Bike Mag

Stock bike on a unused runway)

But this bike is a street bike....

Best stay below 200kmh.

Anyway, there is the wind factor.

If u are looking for a high spd bike...

Go for the Sports bikes...

But then you riding posn. gonna be uncomfortable.

It's gonna be hot in the city.

& the there's a lot of pwr u can't use most of the time.

The Hornet is a low/mid torque bike.

Excellent for city & Our Highways.

Which we do everyday.

It is also a good touring machine... honda reliability.

No need to warm up.

Just start & go...

So... go get one... & come ride with Us...

There's a New Hornet 600 Black at Looi's Lvl 2

$17K OTR... Go check it out.

Hornet 900 top speed is between 220 and 235.......... I guess the difference is in the running in....

By the way it's tested in malaysia by 3 different hornet 9...... 2 is 220 1 is 235

probably the air along the equator is different from the air in Britain...

Dear Hornet members,

im VERY interested in gettg a H250. Hope you can help me with some questions on the H250:

1) whats the monthly maintence like?

2) is the riding position similar to s4? also similar for the pillion?

3) does it need coolant?

4) any specific "models" in H250 recommended?

thanks all!

1) whats the monthly maintence like?

Just like any super4, the usual maintenance.

2) is the riding position similar to s4? also similar for the pillion?

Just like any super4, the usual position.

3) does it need coolant?

Just like any super4, yes it uses coolant.

4) any specific "models" in H250 recommended?

Unlike a super4, there are no "Spec" versions, and in any case, i think they've stopped bringing in new H250s.

Sombody (like Wayang!) correct me if i'm wrong.

there's quite a difference between a 6 and a 9.
