I heard now no more 5km SOC during BST (izit still called this?) and no more 10km SOC for leaders course... True?

Biting on the fray of my hair, I muse upon the way to find the oasis of evermore beyond the vertical horizon, I shall join the windupdeads in owl city, neither my safetysuit nor my red jumpsuit apparatus can save me, cuz I mistook a death cab for cutie in plain white T's...

i got a friend didnt get into cdo after vocational assessment, but got letter for pilot, i thought pilot only apply then got, he say nv apply, dont know got dua kang not.

i love dividends.

live is going to be sooooo good for you. look forward to it. you just typed your passport to a few months of hell.

 

 

it's true. nowadays trainees getting weaker and more pampered but smarter. some even give attitute. the only reason they pass out is so that there will be sufficient people to fight atec. some instructors (in general) cant even pass ippt or soc(skip obstacles). Ever heard of magic bullet during range? Ranger cadres are so stubborn and outdated (knowledge wise). Brotherhood do not exist anymore with people backstabbing one another.

 

Even to scrap away the 10km soc? Times are definitely getting easier

 

But to be fair, I know of many good people but sadly they are in the minority.

 

hell you learn more in leaders than ranger.

Hi, i've just recieved a letter requiring me to go for a vocational assessment(The enlistment act chapter 93 - further reporting order) soon. I am curious why my friends do not recieve the same letter as me. can anyone enlighten me? is there something wrong with my health?

I have got e letter too . Vocational Assesment.

I'm really not interested to go into commando but no offence to those commandos. To each his own i would say.

Is it okie not to go to the interview ?

Go for the interview... it's just a formality. It does not matter if you are interested or not and it's not yours to choose since it's not your career. Whichever service/vocation you get in the end, it's all just national service.
