its about the trouble having to go to which shop buy the coupon, having a pen, writing ur bike number and tearing out the correct 4 pieces..

 

easier to go asx, click TOPS and pay one shot.. haha

i think is their used coupon. coupon has 12hour of live. if over the time means the coupon is not valid. maybe his coupon haven die? pavement or double yellow lines cant park de.
