Normal la. If wan to fish at he breakers have to ready a lot of sinkers. I usually buy in 25pcs per packet one.

i use rocks instead of sinkers. collect small granite rocks or stones from bedok resorvior and use them as sinkers. use wire insulator tape and stick em to your line.

 

saves money

izzit that canal looking thing after the right turn to TMFT?

i always see lots of ppl fishing there.. but i prefer to go further in as no one fishes at the next "canal"...

dont get much fishes in there though...

Not much luck for kim bud lor for me but garuopas not bad. Same like marina south, rocks alot but quite gd for garuopas. Long cast u might get bigger 1s too > 700g

 

Heard Changi got a better place to fish but eh... quite ulu... bushes alot and mossies too.

yes, that big canal where a lot of pple will stand over the bridge and fish. but i went deeper in from along the side of the canal. and there's a breakwater and a beacon there.

 

yeah, the next canal approaching the naval base not much fish, small sua jiams though.

kelong walk also not bad. it depends on luck. you can get reasonable size catch over there.

err, i went salt water luring tis morning at early morning

 

targetting queenie and barracuda

 

went with 2 other fren to tmft

 

however, thru out the 3hrs session

i got 1 miss, but dunno wat fish

 

my 2 other fren, not even a bite

at clementi have also, donno what block, but is near the interchange, the shop is call fishing mania, 100g for $3, cheap and good! prawns are very livey and always get fish! haha dont really like changi prawns, the always like so dead after casting, hope this helps,

What lure u using to lure the queenie n barracudas? I think by using a shallow diver minnow will be good......
