Main reason is bcoz of the 2 exhaust!! Hahaha.. And also, due to my age getting older, meaning the insurance is now affordable.. Haha.. I hve not ridden GSXR 1000 before so i cant comment much.. For my 750 i hvnt reach 300 yet.. The fastest i did was 287.. I heard ppl say, 750 is the best of both worlds.. Handling of a 750, power if a 1000.. So its ip to u.. U want better handling, get 750, u want power get 1000.. U can ask the other bros riding 1000 bout feedbacks.. Hope this helps bro.. Cheers..

1k has much more torque, can sit on 6th whole day. haf u ridden a 600 or 750?

 

600 n 750 same chasis, just 150cc more. stock 750 top is 280+- 300? a bit optimistic haha

 

no class 2 yet,dont wanna take now coz later hand itchy2 den will buy a class 2 bike on impulse..haha..anyway about the speed,i saw them on youtube,but i realized most of them on the srad and post srad models prior to 2002...so i guess cant compare evenly..haha

Hi Guys,

 

I have 4 STOCK Spark Plugs for SALES. It was taken out from my previous ride (K7 1000). Was used for hard run in for 500km ONLY and immediately change my EO and Plugs to the NGK Iridium CR9EIX

 

Stock Plugs are using NGK Iridium CR9EIA. Both plugs are veri similar. Reasons for me not changing back to stock plugs is because it is not available in the market and was only for sales to Suzuki SuperBikes. (Which i heard from BikeWorks)

Ok this just happens a few minute ago when I wanted to go to hospital. My bike tyre flat!!! I doubt there is any bike tyre shop open now right? Looking for a front tyre for my 750.. Any one know any shop near westside or north side that sell tyres? Any recommendation n price range? I don't track so a normal road use will b good! Just only change my car tyre now my bike turn... I hari raya become broke give ang po to kids n my vehicles lol

u can apply standard tyre pressure for class 2 bike

250 kpa or 36 psi front n 290 or 42 psi rear

ur fuel consumption will be very high using tat pressure.. tat time alex tried 32 psi front n 35 psi rear 160-180km reserve light came out.. but he tried the same tyre pressure i use.. reserve light after 200km then light

How's the review for this exhaust? Which one is better...scorpion, yoshi R77, leo vince GP Pro, Termignoni or arrow? I am looking for the shortest exhaust, value for money, good looking and abit of quality among this few brands only as i am intending to stick to legal exhaust and not intending to get full system currently due to budget. ya correct, i try 36f 42r can go up to 200+ then reserve, but if 33f 33r, 150 reserve le. 50km different, omg

Hie bro.. Im using the scorpion exhaust nw.. End can only.. Remove silencer very nice, with silencer not so nice.. But if got a choice nw, i'll buy leo vince or akra.. Its still up to u.. Mileage will be 220 before reserve light blink.. Highest i go until engine shut down was 287.. Diff riding styles will determine diff mileage bro.. And have fun with ur new GSXR...

Thanks for all the replies of information on the tyre pressure..

 

i got 1 more problem...

 

Yesterday i bought this oil to be top up to the main tank, 10ml for every 10l of petrol top up.

It says that it helps to improve the fuel injection.. Bought it at Esso for $9 though.. n I have use it many times.. The difference is superb, Better response etc...

 

But this morning, when starting the bike, firstly my bike was like a 2 stroke bike with the cold engine start(very low timing), then the engine off by itself.. restart again, suddenly as though my bike has a choke.. the timing is very high.. my rpm was at least 2... i saw that the engine sign( the one that looks like a teapot) is on.. n the red light doesnt go off.. there's also an indication "F.I"... fuel injection right...

 

My fren said that i should speed more often...

 

or is it becoz of the oil that i bought.. i didnt shake the bike 1st to mix regularly with the petrol... (sounds like a stupid theory) but just my opinion coz i dunno that much abt bike.. just love riding it)

 

any opinion guys...
