If O2 sensor faulty, FI light will light up in user mode and will show "C44" in dealer mode. But O2 sensor seldom spoil.

Autotune is a wideband O2 sensor vs the stock narrowband O2 sensor. Basically, a more accurate O2 sensor. Used together with PC5 and when don't feel like doing a dyno. http://www.powercommander.com/powercommander/Products/AutoTune/powercommander_autotune.aspx

The TAPPET SHIM SET (12800-05830) sells for US$600 and consists of 105 shims total. I supposed when doing a valve clearance, need to measure exactly which size is needed and just get the correct one instead of buying the set. Bike probably will be grounded for more than a day.

I think should be on the stock auto cam chain tension adjuster. Haven't got the chance to open up the engine. Doesn't bother me yet. Why are you so engrossed with MCCT?

Of late been getting in intermittent noisy slaps from my cam chain...it's especially noticeable once tempereature hits 60 deg celcius during the first start of the day. Understand through some reading up that the MCCT could be the solution. Trying to get some opinions as to whether is there a need to buy it.

As for Autotune, I suppose it's for those who have PC installed rather than those running stock....

Valve clearence...any tell-tale signs that it's due for it?

Both MCCT and auto CCT adjuster will work bah. But the cam chain tensioner and cam chain guide are also wear and tear parts, so not necessary the CCT adjuster.

No issue with bike. Just feel uneasy seeing lots of carbon on the intake valve stems. Was told to go NSHW to clear carbon, since the mileage is less than 16kkm.

Engine at what rpm when stalled? Below 1krpm, engine will stall if not clutch in properly. If stall above 1krpm, something to do with fuelling.

I wont call it the perfect grips but oh well.

Too low for me. Min 1krpm, best is slightly over 1krpm for me. Sometimes release clutch too fast still ok. It's quite paiseh to stall at traffic lights...

Make sure idling is right first. Clutch biting point easy way is adjust from clutch lever. If no more adjustments, then need to adjust clutch plates (hard).

What tuning did HKL do for you?

He's probably right needs cleaning if you have never done so. Sportsbikes tend to require more maintenance than other bikes, even if ridden at snail's pace

Waiting for experienced friend to confirm. Else sure blur.

Have, only certain years onwards. Gixxer bros can advise which year?

How can you tell when riding whether you have slipper clutch?

Also, I notice I have a tendency to shift to neutral from gear 1 as not used to gears, esp when shifting above 10krpm. When that happens, I find that it's hard to shift back to 1 or 2. What should I do?

Hmm didn't know mine came with slipper clutch.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzuki_GSX-R600 ...interesting... heehee suzuki's specs not bad afterall...

Back at Uncle's earlier questions...how does one tell whether slipper clutch are installed? lesser engine braking perhaps?

Btw noticed that some gixxers comes with clutch switch...what does the switch actually does? curious...can't seem to find any switch on mine....

I think my GSXR750K7 also no slipper clutch. Can feel a lot of engine brake on down shifting. But some websites mentioned 06 onwards all have. I think only way to confirm is to open up the clutch. Is ball bearings on ramp the only way to see that it has slipper clutch?

Anybody can advise a good setting for the accelerator pump feature for PC?

An example of such websites is this .... http://www.topspeed.com/motorcycles/motorcycle-reviews/suzuki/2007-suzuki-gsx-r750-ar15433.html

Not sure though whether roller ramp clutch = slipper clutch ...
