hi good day to all the fellow gsxr rider. received a email reply from GUAN HOE regarding the fault manufacturing brake pump.

 

" Thank you for your eMail.

 

SUZUKI has announced a Safety Recall Campaign on GSX-R600, GSX-R750 and GSX-R1000 motorcycles produced between December 3rd, 2003 and June 20th 1013 for a modification to the front brake master cylinder.

 

The following are the affected units:

 

GSX-R600 K4; K5; K6; K7; K8; K9; L0; L1; L2; L3.

 

GS&-R750 K4; K5; K6; K7; K8; K9; L0; L1; L2; L3.

 

GSX-R1000 K5; K6; K7; K8; K9; L0; L1; L2; L3.

 

Guan Hoe Co.,(M) Pte. Ltd. shall be writing to registered owners of affected units. We are presently waiting for the affected registered owners' list from LTA, and the new replacement parts from SUZUKI Japan. Owners that received the recall campaign notification would need to contact the SUZUKI Service Centre - Guan Hoe Co (M) Pte Ltd to schedule an appointment for this important Safety Recall Campaign. The front brake master cylinder shall be replaced Free of Charge (parts & labor).

 

Following the recall service, it is important to maintain the brake system of your motorcycle by replacing the brake fluid every 2 years as specified in your Owner's Manual. SUZUKI recommends the use of high quality DOT 4 Brake Fluid.

 

Kindly inform us of your contact no., model, registration no., so that we may easier contact you when the parts arrive and schedule an appointment for this Safety Recall Campaign.

 

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this Campaign may cause, and thank you in advance for your kind understanding.

Anyone can recommend shop to fix FI light problem? Went to guan hoe & they told me cannot diagnose if the FI light is off already.... I remember reading in the manual the code is stored in memory leh... Donno why the mech say cannot check

Selling my Power Commander 5 for 2009-2011 Suzuki Gsxr-1000.

 

Selling it as I'm using stock exhaust now.

 

Letting go at $350/-. Brand new pc5 selling at around $600.

 

Letting go Motovation front and rear axle at $50 each. Get both at $80.

Hi anyone knows where to get k5 600 footrest, gear lever?

Brand new set from guan hoe cost 400+ and still have to wait for 1 month plus for stock.

I just need it for inspection.

Looking for k8 left side mirror with signal.

 

Damn suay, bike kena pushed by some idiots, managed to change the fairing n repair but unable to find full set mirror w signal.. stockist say only got the mirror, no signal n wires
