Mileage : 47000

Accessories

1. Remus Y piece

2. Touratech Tele-lever hard part L.A

3. Big Foot

4. Steel Braided Brake Lines

5. Main Stand Plate

6. GSA Beak extender

Anyone knows how much does a Hepco n Becker Crashbars cost?

Are they the best in terms of value for money and of course, more importantly, they must work!

Btw Guys, with all the meet ups its only a matter of time before a trip will be planned.. Which are the best roads you guys ride to up north?

Mine is Fraser's Hill, its like an annual pilgrimage for me...:thumb:

Heard BMWMC Singapore is organising one to Fraser & Cameron in March, think its from 25 to 27. I'm gonna sign up for it. I think GS1200 will be there too. Non members will need to pay a little more but I like their principle of not leaving anyone behind in the ride :thumb:

Originally was planning to go on that date but now post-poned to April instead.

How much more do non members have to pay?

I tot all their rides were strictly for members only..

From BMWMCS site:

Good Friday “Twin Peaks” Ride

25 to 27 March 2005, Friday to Sunday

Meeting Point : 5.00am @ Gelang Patah Esso Gas Station after 2nd Link

We’ll be taking on the “Twin Peaks” in Malaysia. The ride will start from Gelang Patah Esso Station through scenic trunk routes to Fraser’s Hill. On Day 2, we’ll proceed to ride the back roads to Cameron Highlands. We will come back to Singapore by the N-S Highway on the 3rd day. Registration opens on 1 March and closes 14 March 2005. Led by Peter Darvas.

Hey guys, from what I know. BMW Club rides are strictly restricted to BMW bikes only reason being that they had experienced a few incidents which led to quite a lot of hiccups. As for strictly members, I was told that if non members were to follow, they will pay silghtly more than non-members. All prices includes petrol top up along the way except for topping up at GP.

Well, I only joined the club after going for a few rides with them and my buddy is a BMWMCS Com member. Based on my experience, this is a club that emphasize a lot on safety. If u were to turn up for a club ride without appropriate gears, u can be turn away. They will also look out for those that are new n lesser experienced and they have Autocom communication systems to ensure close monitoring of ride situation. Certainly, they will never leave u behind :thumb:

As for hanging out at M-Tech, its not jus a place to enhance or doll up your bikes, its oso a place where u can meet new frens and exchange experiences :thumb:

As for blowing a hole in your pocket.... well....its up to u on how well u handle temptations :cheeky:

For the HB crashbars, they cost $350 including installation. Best crashbar so far, very solid material n easier for servicing than the orig BMW ones which cost at least $500

Hey RT, I thinks its the same one.

hahaha~~!! m-tech a place where posion lies everywhere in the shop :p

frm the stuff hangin on the walls to the showcases to the touratech n wunderlich catalouges on the coffee table~~~ u will be so tempted 2 kit out ur bike frm the stuff u c there n those that r being installed on other bmw bikes ;) eh gs1200 what u tink of the Fairing BMW DESIERTO I complete or Fairing BMW DESIERTO I rallye

R 850/1100 GS listed in the touratech website instead of the whole revamp. to me looks nice, can fit the IMO meters n cheaper than the whole revamp by so much
