Brake pad, can go motoworld to change SBS.. not costly and braking power is there.

i doubt they(pml) repair. i suspect they'll need to order the whole unit and replace it accordingly.

Around 3.5k, that was the price I found out for my R1100RT last time.

if you're not warrantied, it could be an option checking out non-PML shops :)

U will have to fill in the forms get a customs tax and mail it back to them for rebate. I did that and they claimed they never received my original receipt and form.

 

Touratech is there as well, but they also don't have tax rebate.

Hi guys. How reliable is the tyre inflation reading on the display? I keep pumping 36:42 but my reading keep showing 32:38! Anyone experience this?

Bddddy,

 

If you want to pump your tyres pressure to 36:42.

You need to tune the air pump pressure to 40:46 then pump your tyres, then it can be 36:42. Hope this can help.

Thanks for the tip. I tried different pumps at several petrol stn but my bike reading is always lower, so I was worried that my sensors are spoilt.

Yeah i guess its pretty normal for the reading to be slightly out.. I've got my front air always pressured to 36 psi but indicator always reading 32.

My rear tyre sensor already went kaput and I won't bother changing them. Last i asked PML for a replacement and they quoted $250 a piece for a tiny sensor.

Well unless theres a way to change the sensor batt it will be very much useful.
